In the context of the Belgian presidency of the Council of the EU, Belgium organized the Informal Competitiveness Council configuration at Thor Park in Genk. All EU ministers with industry and internal market portfolios, and their delegations, reflected on the current European dossiers during this two-day event.
As president, this Informal Council offered our country the opportunity to highlight some of our strengths at the international level. The EU ministers also visited therefore innovative companies in both Limburg and Liège.
